1- FRAUD OR HACKING
If we find or detect any fraud (hacking, stealing) or any redesigned copy of our document and using it on behalf of Etihad Auto; a legal step(s) will be taken again such person and the order will be cancelled immediately.
2- PROCESSING & CONFIRMING ORDER
Order will be considered right after the total amount has been paid and confirmed.
3- CANCELLING ORDER
Yes, order can be cancelled but the rqures must be made earlier before 10 days from the date of payment.
4- ORDER PROCESSING PEROID
After 30 to 45 days, we will contact you to confirm or update you on the arrival of your vehicle to the agreed final destination.
